Engine 24-3 is a Pierce 2012 Arrow XT with TAK-4 suspension, 6 personnel cab seating with a raised roof and a Detroit DD13 500 hp diesel engine. The pump is a Waterous 1500 GPM single stage pump with a 1000 gallons water tank and a portable foam pack. The truck carries an additional 5 gallons of foam and has a Harrison 10KW PTO driven generator. Wireless Firecom communication headsets, weather band CD/AM/FM radio capable of route alerting and onscene Explore Mapping system.

The Engine has 3 *5' intakes , one on the officer side, drivers side and front bumper. All discharges are 2.5'. The hose bed was designed to be no taller then 5 foot 7 inches from the ground to the bottom of the hose bed. The Engine carries the stanard Engine Company tools.
