On Friday, November 13th at 1426hrs the OFC, Medic5b and station 26 (Townsend) was alerted to an MVC W/ Entrapment at Middletown Odessa Rd (299) and Route 1 southbound. A24 went en route as well as Rescue 24 and found the MVC to be at Drawyers Creek and RT 1 southbound. Upon arrival A24 found a single vehicle that had run off the roadway into water. The area was cleared for better access upon the arrival of rescue 24. Zone fire police were alerted. DelDot also assisted in traffic control while units remained on scene. Scene was placed under control at 1455hrs and all units cleared scene by 1546hrs.
