Engine 24 was originally assigned to engine cover Station 6 (CFC) while CFC/NFD units were operating at a working SFD fire. Upon responding, Engine 24 was re-directed to Newark to cover Station 9.  
While en route to Station 9, Engine 24 assisted with a CPR as well as a residential fire alarm on Orchard Avenue.  Shortly after arriving at Station 9, Christiana Command released all cover-up units.
