Hiring FULL TIME

Odessa Fire Company is currently accepting applications for a full-time Firefighter/EMT position.

Closing date is July 31st 2026

This position operates on a 24-hour on / 72-hour off shift schedule.

Applicants must possess both Delaware EMT Certification and National Registry EMT (NREMT) Certification at the time of application.

Qualified candidates must also have, at a minimum, the following fire certifications:

Delaware Core 4 Fire Training, or Pro Board Firefighter I & II, Vehicle Rescue, Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT) Operations
