On Tuesday morning at 0301am Station 4/24 and Station 26 were alerted to a mvc with entrapment on Rt 1 NB / at the Appoquinmink creek. B26, B4, 248, and R26 went responding at 0307hrs. B26 arrived and advised no entrapment, single patient. The vehicle and a tractor trailer apparently were involved in a minor mvc and the subject had exited his vehicle,leving it in the roadway, and was sitting on the guardrail another tractor trailer came and ran over the vehicle.
