01:38hrs. The CFC (3,6&12), DCFC Engine 15 and Newark Ladder/Engine 7,8,9&10 was dispatched to an L3*Residential Fire (M69D6) on 900 block of Ruw Madora in the Forest Glen Townhouses of off Wrangle Hill Road. At 01:40hrs the 911 Center upgraded the alarm to work adding Middletown Engine 1/27, Cecil County Station 3 for an additional Engine and Wilmington Manor Engine 28/32 for the R.I.T. BLS B-6 arrived on scene at 01:46hrs with fire showing from the #2 floor of a 2 story middle of the row townhouses. Station 4/24 at 01:48hrs was dispatched for an additional Engine. Engine 4-5 with a crew of 4 responded @ 01:52hrs and arrived on scene at 02:04hrs 7th due. The crew of the Engine assisted in over haul and was cleared by Command at 02:41hrs. Odessa Firefighters were in service for over 1 hour.
