13:20hrs; Station 1/27, Rescue and Engine 4/24, and Engine 26 was dispatched to a L3*Residential Fire on E. Sarazen Drive in the Legends. 911 calls were received to the communications center reporting the back of house on fire. Tanker 24 responded at 13:26hrs with a crew of 6 under the command of Chief Brown. Chief 27-8(Bailey) arrived on scene with a heavy smoke condition inside the structure holding the upgrade. Station 27 crews from Tower 27 found a fire in the basement of the structure. Engine 29 was added for the R.I.T. and BLS / ALS. Chief 27 placed the scene under control at 13:52hrs.
