Multiple Calls for The OFC - Odessa Local

The OFC was dispatched at 4:24hrs for a water rescue with persons trapped in their homes on New Road in Bayveiw Beach. Due to heavy rains and severe wind gust of 60mph according to NWS the OFC local was indited with calls. Before the morning was over OFC members handled 6 water rescues, gas leak and wires down. Several people were transferred to Station 4 to keep warm after they were rescued by the NCC Swift Water Team from Bay View Beach.
Firefighters were in service for 5 hours.
