On the above date Stations 1 & 27, Engine and Rescue 4/24, and Engine & Tanker 29 were alerted for a shed fire in the Lea Eara Farms Development. Engine 24 under command of Asst. Chief Getty made the response with a crew of 5. Heavy smoke was visible from 1/2 mile out and shortly after Engine 1 arrived with fire showing. Engine 24 arrived a short time later and staged at the hydrant and man power was sent to the scene for overhaul and salvage efforts. Command Firefighter Cataldi placed the scene under control returning units a short time later.
