08:08am; The OFC was dispatched to the above location by the New Castle County Fire Board for a M29B4M (MVC). Units arrived on scene to find a two vehicle crash. Two people were transported to an area hospital. Additional BLS from Middletown and ALS from New Castle County were sent to the scene. Assistant Chief Fitzwater had the command and placed the scene under control at 08:35hrs.
