Assisting Station 29 on a control burn - Brandywine Hundred Rod & Gun club

On Sunday March 3, 2013 OFC members assisted Station 29 (Port Penn) on a control burn for the Brandywine Hundred Rod & Gun Club. 10 OFC Firefighter staffed 2 rigs (Tanker-24 & Field Piece 24-0) and stood by and made sure the fire didn't burn beyond the fields. OFC Firefighters were in service for over 4 hours. OFC thanks the Port Penn Fire Company for inviting us and look forward to working on future scheduled events.
