04:32hrs: The OFC and DCFC was dispatched to the Roth Bridge South Bound for an MVC(M29B4). B-4, Rescue 24, B-15 and Rescue 15 arrived on scene to find a single vehicle into the concrete barricade. BLS transported the injured to Christiana Emergency Room. Assistant Chief Fitzwater had the Route 1 command.
