Deputy Chief Billings held a stabilization, lifting and Hurst Tool classroom /hands on class on Wednesday evening at Station 4 while an Engine crew assisted in the NCCLAA meeting. Members utilized a donated boat trailer from member Ryan Davis to practice cutting and stabilizing in the engine bay at Station 4.
