Officers and Members of the OFC were invited by Christina Care to the grand opening of Middletown Emergency room today at 2pm. The free standing ER is a huge improvement to the MOT-PP area. Members staffed Engine 24 , Squad 4 and BLS B-4 and witness the ribbon breaking ceremony. Members were then give tours by Christina Care staff and volunteers. The ER is scheduled for a "soft" opening tomorrow morning at 8am with hope that BLS patients will be able to be transported to this location in the next 2 weeks.
