The OFC was alerted to engine cover Station 28 Wilmington Manor at 21:54 hours. Squad 4 with 5 members responded at 21:55hrs. Companies from the East Side were at a 2 alarm working commercial structure fire in the 900 block of River Road. OFC members were in service for over 3 hours.
