13:33hrs; Station 4/24, Station 26, NCC Medic 5 and DSP Trooper 4 were dispatched to a MVC - Not Alert(M29D5) on Route 1 Northbound at Harris Road. Squad 4, BLS A-24 and Chief 24 all responded after dispatch due to being in the town limits of Odessa doing hydrant testing. Units arrived on scene with a single vehicle crash. Chief 24-8(Brown) took the Route 1 Command and advised aviation Trooper 4 they would be utilized.
