On February 22, 2017 at 1205 hours the Odessa Fire Company was alerted along with the stations 1, 27, 29, 26, 15, and 44 for a Commercial Structure Fire at Johnson Controls in Middletown. Paramedics from New Castle County EMS, a BLS unit from Townsend Fire Company, and a Deputy State Fire Marshall were also assigned to the incident. Crews worked on scene for about 90 minutes.
