On December 16, 2017 the OFC, along with mutual aid companies, were alerted for a residential structure fire in the area of the Odessa Ponds development. Units arrived on scene to find a two story house fully involved. Crews went to a defensive attack to knock down most visible fire. All fire was suppressed using a defensive attack after it was discovered that both the first and second story floors had collapsed into the basement. Crews operated on scene for about 4 hours.
