On January 16, 2017 the OFC was alerted to an MVC in the town of Middletown. Units arrived on scene to find one patient with injuries. That person was evaluated by B4 and NCC Paramedic 5. The patient ultimately refused transpor to an area hopsital. Fire crews on scene cleaned up debris and spilled fluids. Units operated on scene for about 20 minutes.
