Engine and Rescue 24 responded to assist stations 1/27 on a Residential Structure Fire on the evening of 4.28.18.  Engine 27-5 arrived on location to find smoke pushing from the front door.  Units responded with 9 members and assisted on scene with securing utilities, overhaul and ventilation as an intense fire gutted the kitchen of the home. Crews were on scene for about 60 minutes. Thank you to Rescue 44 for covering station 24 while we were out.
