On Friday March 22, 2019 at 21:27 hours the Odessa Fire Company was alerted to assist Delaware City Fire Company with a 3 vehicle MVC with multiple patients on route 1 NB just south of the route 72 exit. R24 went responding right away due to having a Duty Crew in station 24, Paid staff from B24 responded as well, Squad 4 responded out of station 4. Units assested with clean up and patient care. 2 patients were transported to Christiana Hosp. 1 in Delaware City BLS unit, and the second in Odessa BLS unit. Units were on scene for approx. 1 hour.
