On Monday Evening August 19, 2019 at 17:15 hours station 24 was alerted to assist VHC with a Residential Structure Fire on Main Street, Middletown. Tower 4 made the response with a crew of 5 under the direction of Ladder Captain Lloyd, for its maiden voyage. The crew of Tower 4 assisted with ground ladder placement, and then went to the 3rd floor to assist crews working on an outside deck of the charlie side of the building.
