On Tuesday May 12, 2020 at 19:13 hours the Odessa Fire Company along with Port Penn Fire Company were both alerted for a vehicle fire with a structure that is threatened. E24, Squad4, Command with 4-8B, 29-6 all responded to the incident. E24 was first on scene and pulled a 200' One and 3/4 inch bumper line off the front of the Engine and started the initial attack on the fully involved vehicle. The Firefighters on the line got a quick knock on the fire and Squad 4 pulled a second line and helped get the vehicle under control. Units operated for approx 30 minutes before the incident was placed under control, and all units went back into service.
