Dispatched to an MVC - High Velocity on SR-1 SB at the Biddles Corner Toll Plaza.  Upon arrival, crews found one driver trapped.  Crews worked together to extricate the patient who was conscious and alert, while NCCo Paramedics monitored the patient.  Once freed, the patient was transferred to DSP Trooper Medic who transported the injured to CMC for further evaluation.
