The Odessa Fire Company seeks to hire 1 full-time experienced EMT/Firefighter.

The following requirements must be met to apply:

Must be at least 21 years of age. High School Diploma or GED required. Possession of valid NREMT and DE EMT Certification. Possession of valid driver’s license, with EVO endorsement and/or equivalent. Completion of OFC firefighter training or equivalent upon hire. Position is a non-member of Odessa Fire company. Membership at OFC must be relinquished upon hire. The Odessa Fire Company offers a comprehensive benefits package including life, health, dental, pension, and paid time off.
