At 04:00 hours, The Odessa Fire Company along with mutual aide companies were dispatched for a Residential Structure Fire in the Cantwell Ridge neighborhood. First arriving units were met with heavy fire from one residence that spread to neighboring residences on either side of the original fire building. After many attempts by the units on scene to get all 3 fires under control, the decision was made to switch to a defensive operation and master streams were placed in service to contain the fires and protect exposures. The fire reached 3 alarms before it was placed under control at 07:00 hours. All occupants were accounted for and no injuries were reported.
